Sustainability Toolkit Taster Session

By Mike on November 3, 2011

Following its success this year, the Sustainability Toolkit course starts again in Bristol on 17th January 2012. Free Taster sessions – 22nd November, 6th December, 3rd January.

The course, run by the Schumacher Institute, is for people ‘in transition’. People who have tried the world of work but are looking for something more ‘worthwhile’, something that feeds their spirit and their passion. It will introduce people to systems thinking and help them to make the transition to sustainable work.

Looking for something more worthwhileThe course is designed to provide useful knowledge for meaningful work – about different perspectives, about sustainability, about how you learn, about how groups work, about systems thinking and what this really means. By the end of this programme, participants will be confident, sought after, taken seriously, clear about where they are heading and how to get there, and supported by a network.

To fit round busy schedules, evening classes will take place every other Tuesday, from 6.15 to 8.45pm in St Nicholas House, central Bristol. The programme starts on 17th January 2012 and is accredited as a post-graduate certificate by a local University.
