Business Aspirations and its Associates are Strategy Consultants enabling business growth and improvement for client companies. We work with companies at all stages of the corporate life cycle bringing professional experience from commerce and industry, including innovation, corporate restructuring, overseas experience, financial performance and planning exit strategies.
Our other business services include Coaching for Success, Mentoring for Peak Performance and Enterprise Mentoring.

As a small company, we take our responsibilities seriously. All our Associates are home based to reduce costs; to minimise the use of motor vehicles and adopt appropriate attitudes and policies towards recycling and minimising unnecessary use of materials and products. We actively encourage our clients to not only have an environmental policy but also to review their business operations and practices to be as "Green" as is possible for the business they are in, This includes developing strategies that can be incorporated over time as natural replacement allows. The environmental disposal of goods and materials is actively pursued.

We believe that we and our clients have a duty to the community in which we work and draw our labour force. This entails supporting local business where quality and value is provided, supporting "good causes" and involvement with community activity (Young Enterprise in Schools and NEET Mentoring programmes).

We support local people who want to start their own businesses by engaging with those people on a pro-bono mentoring system and offering links to other business support that can be accessed at no cost.

We use our business networks to spread good practice and to encourage CSR amongst others.
