As a member of the senior management team of Exchem Bramble Island (now EPC-UK) (incorporating Exchem Organics & Exchem Defence Systems Ltd) to win the Environmental Awareness Category of the Colchester Business Awards 2008 & Essex Business Awards 2009.
Before contracting M.E. 5 years ago (which I am fortunately able to manage sufficiently well to continue working) was a volunteer youth worker & member of the Colchester Duke of Edinburgh's Award Scheme staff team, working with young people in developing outdoor skills such as navigation, camp craft, first aid and survival helping them develop confidence and life skills.
