Our Social and Environmental Activities
Practical HR strive to be environmentally 'friendly' by including simple measures such as: recycling, automatic lights in the office, energy efficient heating. We are also working towards a paperless office by introducing a document management system that will reduce the amount of printing and 'paper' files required.
Our new Product YOUR HR SERVICES is also designed to be environmental friendly as it reduces the amount of paperwork used in HR (saving trees!!). It works by putting all your HR documents on a bespoke HR web-site that can be accessed by employees (and managers and HR). When there is a change, the web-site is updated. No need to send out memo's or reprinting the employee handbook.
