Rawley Plant Limited provide portable site accommodation, welfare units, toilet hire, storage container hire, mobile and static offices, canteens and drying rooms for construction related use. We also provide a complete range of toilet hire for events and weddings.
Established in 1961 we are still owned and managed today by the third generation of the Rawley family. Our secret to our success is 'happy staff and happy customers'. Simple as that.

All our staff are personally inducted into the company by our managing director, Howard Rawley, who imparts the company ethos into each staff member to ensure commitment to the team right from the start.
Every customer is treated as a individual and their needs met to the very best of the organisation's ability. Time and time again we have comments about our excellent customer service and continuing ability to maintain and better expectations. Over 70% of our customers are repeat business!
As a customer we ensure that we build lasting relationships with our supply chain and expect the same level of service as we would give. Our accounts department is well organised and payments made on time. The staff in this department have over 43 years of experience.
We have a rolling capital investment programme which ensures that we have the funding available to invest in new vehicles with lower emissions and ex-fleet vehicles are sold on. The very nature of our business is hire which means that our products are used time and time again. At the end of their life in our fleet these products are sold on to benefit other businesses; i.e. our chemical toilets are sold to people who require these products for their farms or small businesses.
Recent accomplishments include completion of the Fleet Operator Recognition Scheme operated by Transport For London. This ensures that all our vehicles are maintained in excellent working order and our transport procedures are constantly up to date with the latest legislation. The next step is to take the company through the qualification for Crossrail Compliance which will enable us to supply vital products and services to the Crossrail project.
We are a founding member of the Portable Sanitation of Europe which is an organisation dedicated to improving products and services supplied in the toilet hire industry. We hold the highest award of Gold Membership of the PSE.
Our continued dedication to the Essex Wildlife Trust has earned us Corporate Membership. For over 17 years we have been supporting this worthwhile cause.
