Since 1984, I've been helping people from all walks of life to achieve a better standard of health, vitality and be able to enjoy their lives to the full! I specialise in treating ladies with fertility problems and people with asthma.

I trained as a nurse at Southend Hospital, Essex in 1984. In 1992 I started to train in massage,Aromatherapy, Reflexology, Bowen Technique and massage and Reflexology for babies and children. I have run a busy practice in the Southend area since 1993.
