Stratus is a business skills training company. We focus on developing your people to enhance their business performance. People are your greatest asset, so just as you take care of your other investments, so you should take care of your people.
They need developing, motivating and skill-enhancing to perform at their best. We help you do that through our communication and leadership workshops. We look for medium to large SME's who want to help their staff become the best they can be.

Stratus is an SME training organisation based in the North West and we aim to work primarily within this area. Using local trainers means travel costs and environmental impact is contained. Our trainers work on site at a venue of the client
