Each business featured in The Responsible Business Directory is a member of ORB. The criterion for membership starts via a short online self-assessment questionnaire and a commitment to our Members' Pledge:

We pledge to operate our business in an honest and ethical manner; to consider people and the environment when making business decisions; and endeavour to make a positive contribution to the local community and society at large.

This is followed by an online meeting with senior personnel to ensure the applicant company's core values are aligned with those of ORB.
