We are an online membership organisation and have moved from face to face meetings to meeting online - saving many journeys for our members. We periodically delete unnecessary documents and emails with a monthly review of our capacity to keep it to the absolute minimum to ensure we do not waste energy and storage resources. Practically a paperless environment, we ask our members to only print out what is essential.
Our annual event is a hybrid one to ensure unnecessary miles are not travelled with our international members joining us on zoom.
