As far as possible, I minimise car use by either using public transport, or, increasingly, using technology, for example using skype for meetings.

I never recycle paper until every part of it has been used: sometimes one sheet will be used for 3 or 4 purposes before recycling.

I minimise my use of heating by wearing thicker clothes!

I engage with green issues such as the campaign to Save Coul Links.

I am a voluntary board member of a disability arts charity, Drake Music Scotland.

I have been a volunteer call-taker at Parentline Scotland since 2003.

I encourage my clients to consider their wider responsibilities.
