CHCBS will provide public benefit to Cherry Hinton residents, who, together with the local authorities, voluntary and other organisations will be able to create and enjoy a new community centre providing social welfare for recreation and leisure time occupation with the objective of improving the conditions of people who live locally. CHCBS will manage and maintain the new facility in accordance with the Society’s rules and democratic purposes.

CHCBS management will undertake its business activities in an environmentally and socially responsible manner with due regard to all our users, suppliers, partners and other stakeholders. WE will set up policies and practices in this light, and regularly report to both the CHCBS Board and our wider membership on how the Society is meeting its goals and objectives.
