I am a Business and Money coach for women, helping therapists, coaches and heart centred businesswomen found and grow the business they love with ease and intuition! I help women clear money blocks and business fears and value themselves so they can charge well for their services.
I am a nurse and ran a busy complementary therapy practice in the Southend area for over 25 years so have lived the ups and downs of running a home-based business. I also run Winning Women Essex business networking
Business Ethos
My belief is that business is the most powerful tool we have to change the world to a more equitable, happy place for all.
Small businesses like mine and those of the clients I specialise in developing, are a key part of that as they allow women especially the freedom to work on their own terms with minimal travel or duplication of resources, staying available for family support too.
I have always endeavoured to run my business honestly and authentically, taking part in local charity events, speaking at groups to help people learn how to best help themselves and their physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing.
Charity Involvement
My Winning Women networking and online groups have always supported the Mumba Children's Project charity, based in Southend and serving both young people in the UK but also in Zambia, Africa.
Ten percent of our gross takings from Winning Women is donated to the charity and the women have been involved in events and collecting football kit, bras and new underwear to send to the community.
Environmental Impact
I work from a home office and clinic so keep my environmental impact to a minimum. Although I work overseas at times,I keep my travel to a minimumn and encourage clients to work with my by phone or internet. My work is currently exclusively online, including group courses and networking events. These have worked so well that with social distancing restrictions, I will continue to run at least some networking event online always now as they also allow participants from so much further afield to join.
I attempt to buy recycled products, cartridges, paper etc and reduce my physical environmental impact.
