Specialised HR Solutions is the UK's first vegan HR Consultancy, providing support to eco, ethical, organic and vegan businesses and charities with all their employment needs.

We provide support for recruitment; employee relations: sickness & absence management; disciplinary, dismissals and grievances; and performance management for established organisations.

Our Social and Environmental Activities

We were awarded the 'paperless' logo in 2018, for the first UK HR Consultancy to be completely paperless.

Our service is mainly virtual, providing HR support by phone, email and through our membership.

Some of our profit goes to charities that have a positive impact on the environment.

Our aim is to be carbon neutral by 2022 and we are presently looking at ways we can do this.
