Mark has taken the experience and learning from his own breakdown and subsequently helping thousands of people beat stress, anxiety and depression over 20 years and reworked his one-to-one programme into the unique teaching and coaching programme and the business strategy for Headucate.me to make a massive impact on Employee Mental Wellness.

Our teaching and coaching is based on connection, authenticity, respect, compassion, open-mindedness and truth; our whole business model and way of communicating with clients and suppliers is based on the same values.

We give regular free talks on mental health in our local town hall.

We have a pretty small environmental footprint, but take recycling very seriously; we also use local suppliers where possible.
