I provide ethical web design and development, digital consultation, SEO services, website management and maintenance, as well as training and mentoring.
I specialise in WordPress websites but I do work with other platforms like Shopify and Squarespace.
I also work as a small business mentor for a couple of funded programmes - one in the North and one in the South.
I\'ve always had ethical values but now I\'m being more proactive and conscious about how ethical the business is; to our clients and the wider community.
I promise never to oversell or knowingly overcharge customers, and to be totally transparent and honest. I take the time to seek out the best value and most useful products for our customers to help meet their business goals.
My mission is to enable small businesses to develop their website, content marketing and social media by offering a range of services, which includes comprehensive workshops, for those wanting to take ownership of their own business growth. I have a team of sub-contractors who I know I can trust to provide a good/honest service for those areas I feel are better out-sourced.
As a digital consultant and mentor, I can help you navigate digital transformation and make sure you\'re spending your budget in the right places.
And, after my own Neurodiverse diagnosis, I\'m passionate about being as accessible as possible, and starting to introduce accessibility to my clients alongside sustainability; offering green hosting to all new clients.
I have recently written my environmental policy after attending a sustainability for business course. This policy includes aspects like keeping travel to a minimum, using suppliers with sustainability ethics, as well as digital sustainability (like regularly clearing out emails and digital storage).
